Job summary

University of Arizona seeks a Senior Director of University Compliance to provide strategic leadership for the institution's compliance program. This role collaborates with university leadership to promote a proactive culture of ethics, integrity, and risk management across all levels of compliance familiarity.

The Senior Director oversees the Clery Act program, Youth Protection, and the Ethics & Compliance Hotline, ensuring timely responses, documentation, and escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, enterprise compliance or risk programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the university-wide compliance program.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, GC Office, Risk Management, and partners to manage risks.
• Develop annual compliance plan and metrics with clear reporting processes.
• Oversee Clery Act compliance, Youth Protection, and Ethics & Compliance Hotline.
