Job summary

Puyallup Tribe of Indians seeks a Tribal Member Services Executive Director to provide strategic leadership for the Tribal Member Services Division. You will oversee daily operations, budgets, and program compliance while guiding departments to meet annual goals and maintain strong external communications.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Management and at least six years in senior leadership, including supervisory experience and grant management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Six years of related experience in a senior level position, including three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of grant management.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and promotes the mission and direction of the Tribal Member Services Division.
• Provides administrative leadership and supervision of Tribal Member services departments to ensure policy compliance.
• Assists in establishing departmental goals and objectives for the Annual Operations plan.
• Prepares, plans, and monitors department budgets monthly with Department Directors.
• Maintains effective internal and external communications.
• Leads departmental meetings and delegates tasks to achieve objectives.
• Approves expenditure requests to ensure compliance with regulations and grant restrictions.
• Participates in audits and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Oversees and reports on Tribal Programs to support data-driven decisions.
• Works on long-term strategic planning and budget development with the Administrative Manager.
