Janux Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a highly collaborative leader in Translational Systems Immunology to shape immunology strategy for the ARM platform.

This role will connect deep T‑cell and B‑cell biology with integrated analysis of nonclinical and clinical data to explain mechanisms and outcomes. The successful candidate will lead an immunology group spanning computational and laboratory capabilities, engage with complex datasets, and partner across Research, Translational Medicine,

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent advanced degree in Immunology, Systems Biology, Computational Biology, or related field.
• Extensive translational immunology or systems immunology experience in biotech/pharma.
• Deep expertise in T‑cell and B‑cell biology.
• Ability to integrate complex high‑dimensional datasets across nonclinical and clinical studies.
• Hands‑on proficiency with single‑cell sequencing and high‑dimensional flow cytometry.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary scientific teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent scientific judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead immunology strategy for ARM programs and define immune‑monitoring plans.
• Integrate nonclinical, translational, and clinical data into actionable insights.
• Mentor immunology scientists and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate findings via visuals and narratives for leadership.
• Collaborate with external collaborators and manage CROs when needed.
