The Head of Business Management & Execution (BEX) leads execution and business management for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) USA, ensuring the successful delivery of Trade & Working Capital, Cash Management & Liquidity, and Distribution Solutions. As a front‑office execution leader, the role bridges Sales, Product and Infrastructure teams to deliver efficient implementation, strong governance, operational excellence and an outstanding client experience across the full client lifecycle.
Business Management & Execution (BEX) is a front‑office business execution function that enables the successful delivery of Global Transaction Banking solutions. The team partners closely with Sales and Product teams, and Infrastructure teams to coordinate the end‑to‑end execution of GTB transactions and client implementations. BEX ensures seamless collaboration across internal stakeholders, allowing commercial opportunities to be converted into successful client outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of execution, governance, operational excellence, and client service.
Client satisfaction, execution quality, reduced implementation timelines, operational efficiency, automation, regulatory compliance, successful transformation initiatives, employee engagement and contribution to GTB USA growth.

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $200,000 to $225,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
