Hawaiʻi Lodging & Tourism Association (HLTA) seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next growth phase. Reporting to the Board, the ED will provide strategic and operational leadership, strengthen financial/organizational performance, and advance the interests of Hawaiʻi’s lodging and visitor industry.

The role requires credibility in lodging, tourism, or related fields, with exceptional communication, coalition-building, and political judgment.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to HLTA.
• Strengthen financial and organizational performance and member value.
• Advocate for Hawai?i’s lodging and visitor industry with government, legislature, media, and partners.
• Lead membership engagement, partnerships, events, and education initiatives.
