Qualifications

• Experience in industry in the field of Thoracic Oncology.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical medicine experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in drug development.
• Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and achievement.
• Background in biomedical research and clinical medicine.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full development cycle from strategy to publication for oncology agents.
• Lead cross-functional teams and interact with key opinion leaders.
• Plan and monitor clinical trials, analyses, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with regulatory, statistics, medical affairs, and manufacturing.
• Travel ~20% of the time to oversee projects.
• Author development documents, budgets, and external communications.
