Job summary

Merck is seeking an Executive Director, PDT Lead in Oncology Global Clinical Development to plan and direct clinical research programs for investigational and marketed oncology drugs. You will develop strategy, study design, initiate and monitor trials, and manage regulatory reporting, publication, and presentations at national and international meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have industry experience in Thoracic Oncology
• Minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience
• Minimum 5 years in drug development
• Proven scholarly track record in clinical medicine and biomedical research
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct trial development activities for oncology therapies
• Lead cross-functional teams across development stages
• Coordinate regulatory reporting, publications and presentations
