• Proficiency with industry-standard software/hardware used in music tech and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in program development and curriculum design in an educational/arts setting.
• Commitment to inclusive learning in music education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Technology and Applied Composition Program, aligning with SFCM’s mission.
• Support and direct a comprehensive curriculum integrating technology and composition.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across film, game scoring, sound design, and more.
• Collaborate with faculty to recruit, retain, and mentor a diverse student body.
• Build partnerships with industry professionals and artistic organizations.
• Represent the program at conferences and events; lead program reviews.
