Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years U.S. information reporting and withholding tax advisory experience.
• Clear and concise communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Broad knowledge of financial products, including investment funds.
• Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex business transactions/products.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects.
• Ability to synthesize complex regulations into terms easily understood by non‑tax professionals.
• Ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret new IRS information reporting and withholding tax guidance.
• Monitor new products/transactions for compliance.
• Ensure correct information reporting in new business documents.
• Maintain understanding of information reporting requirements.
• Research and respond to internal inquiries.
• Provide appropriate training.
• Comment on new regulations and industry issues.
• Guide businesses on year‑end tax reporting.
