Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience with cross-functional teams and results in dynamic environments.
• Strong financial and analytical capability, including business-case development, investment analysis, margin improvement, and KPI development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influence skills across executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advance supply chain and operating strategy across manufacturing, planning, logistics, distribution, and consumer products.
• Translate market insights into growth, partnerships, and business-development recommendations.
• Enable digital transformation using data, technology, and modern tools to improve decisions and customer experience.
• Drive performance, monitor initiatives, and conduct scenario planning to strengthen resilience and execution.
• Shape enterprise strategy, align senior leaders, and develop executive-ready materials.
• Lead critical strategic initiatives from opportunity assessment to governance and implementation.
• Build alignment across functions and represent the organization with external stakeholders.
