Job summary

Northfield Mount Hermon (NMH) seeks an entrepreneurial and creative leader to serve as Executive Director of NMH Summer Lab and Auxiliary Initiatives. The role drives growth of summer and auxiliary programs, expands educational reach, and ensures strong educational value and financial return.

The Executive Director will report to the Head of School and manage about $1.8 million in annual program activity, providing strategic leadership, financial oversight, and operational discipline, while

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued evolution and growth of NMH’s summer and auxiliary programs.
• Develop innovative ways to extend the school’s educational mission and generate meaningful revenue.
• Oversee approximately $1.8 million in annual program activity and the overall profit and loss for these programs.
• Be a member of the NMH community with occasional academic-year responsibilities such as advising, dormitory duty, coaching, teaching, or administrative support.
