Qualifications

• MD or terminal degree in the health sciences.
• 3 years of experience in medical school administration/educational leadership.
• Knowledge of MCAT, AMCAS, ERAS, VSLO, NRMP, USMLE, and background checks.
• Ability to manage a major unit and supervise faculty, curriculum, and accreditation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor faculty and staff.

Responsabilités
