• Directs and administers all activities of the Health Information Management departments and coordinates the department's functions in accordance with accepted standards and administrative policies.
• Manages the Release of Information process for Baptist Hospital and Physician Enterprise.
• Maintains responsibility for the Coding and Compliance function across Baptist Health Care: Acute and Physician Enterprise.
• Directs and administers all activities of the Corporate Revenue Integrity department and coordinates the department’s functions with standards and policies.
• Develops policies and procedures for standardization and controlled use of medical information.
