Reporting to HRiA’s Managing Director of Capacity Building Assistance, the ED will steward a budget and guide LEAH toward a sustainable future, expanding opportunities for BIPOC and first‑generation youth in STEM and education.

Qualifications

• Proven fundraiser and strategic leader with passion for youth development and educational opportunity.
• Ability to build partnerships, raise visibility, and secure resources for LEAH’s growth.
• Experience overseeing budgets and growing revenue toward multi‑million annual figures.
