Job summary

The Foundation for California Community Colleges, through the California College Guidance Initiative, seeks an Executive Director who will guide strategic direction, strengthen statewide relationships, and oversee leadership teams to deliver on statutory responsibilities. This role reports to FoundationCCC and advocates with state officials and colleges.

Remote within California with residency requirement, overseeing a portfolio of programs and partnerships and driving outcomes to expand college

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in higher education or public sector.
• Ability to manage statewide stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic planning and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to position CCGI and align with mission and statutory responsibilities.
• Lead and coordinate a distributed leadership team and ensure effective execution.
• Engage external partners and oversee budgeting and reporting with state officials.
