Job description

Role: Executive Director, Stakeholder Advocacy leading advocacy initiatives for Celldex's biopharma portfolio, focusing on allergy, immunology, and autoimmune disorders.

  • communicate advocacy goals internally and externally
  • monitor policy impacts on market access and product accessibility
  • provide leadership to advocacy teams and report to executive management
  • establish metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
  • 15+ years in pharma/biopharma with strong advocacy and policy experience, ideally within immunology and inflammation markets
  • proven leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
  • deep knowledge of regulatory, payer, and market landscapes
