The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in pharma/biopharma advocacy, strong cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of state and federal policy. Travel and high-impact stakeholder engagement are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biopharma with advocacy background.
• Experience with state and federal policy preferred.
• Experience in Immunology and Inflammation markets preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to stakeholder advocacy efforts and drive a high-performing culture.
• Act as liaison to Executive Management, representing advocacy stakeholders.
• Monitor policy developments and guide strategies to address payer and regulatory challenges.
• Develop comprehensive advocacy strategies aligned with Celldex mission and objectives.
• Communicate policy updates and advocacy progress to senior leadership.
