Job summary

The Executive Director (LNFA) leads the operational, clinical, and financial performance of the Skilled Nursing Facility by driving EBITDAR results, census growth, and high‑quality resident care. This role builds a high‑performance culture, strengthens regulatory readiness, and develops strategic relationships that expand market share and elevate the resident and family experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Texas LNFA license (NHA) required.
• Minimum 3–5 years as LNFA in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Proven ability to achieve EBITDAR budgets and financial targets.
• Census development and referral relationship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing SNF operations.
• Understanding SNF reimbursement models across payors.
• Track record of regulatory and quality inspections success.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong EBITDAR performance through revenue management, cost control, and labor optimization.
• Champion service-excellence culture for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs; identify trends and corrective actions.
• Drive census growth and occupancy via strategic marketing and referrals.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral sources.
• Ensure rapid admissions process and high conversion rates.
• Oversee QAPI initiatives to improve outcomes and reimbursements.
• Lead a high-performing, accountable management team.
• Promote employee engagement and professional development.
