Job summary

Lifespark’s Trails of Orono Senior Living seek an Executive Director to lead operations for a Lifespark Senior Living Community in MN. This role drives care quality and business performance, guiding a multidisciplinary team and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering superb resident experiences.

The Executive Director will oversee budgets, staffing, and strategic initiatives to age magnificently for residents, families, and the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or health administration leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall facility operations to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead department heads and develop a business plan for facility operations.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct rounds, and maintain team morale and engagement.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and relational with regulators and community partners.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize census and payer mix.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across all areas of the facility.
