Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in health admin, gerontology, business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.

Responsibilities

• Lead all department leadership and operations to achieve mission and goals.
• Develop and implement facility business plans, budget oversight, and staffing strategies.
• Ensure high-quality resident care, safety, and compliance with regulations.
