Job summary

The Executive Director at Spectrum Retirement Communities oversees daily community operations, aiming for maximum occupancy and high resident and employee satisfaction. You will drive marketing, staffing, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 7+ years in senior living or multifamily, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Must complete state/federal mandated training via certification programs.
• Current state driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive resident, family, and employee relations by responding promptly to needs and concerns.
• Perform marketing and sales activities to maintain positive occupancy.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate staff across departments.
• Operate the Community to meet budget and census goals.
• Complete month-end reports and handle billing, payroll, A/P, etc.
