Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations at the Round Rock, TX community, focusing on occupancy, resident and staff satisfaction, and budget objectives.

The role requires leadership in senior living with licensing expertise, budgeting skills, and a strong compliance and team management track record. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License required in TX.
• Seven years in senior living or multifamily with three years in a leadership role.
• State and federal mandated training/certification programs for this role.
• Current state driver’s license with an appropriate driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive resident, family, and employee relations by responding promptly and appropriately to their needs.
• Perform marketing and sales activities to achieve positive occupancy percentages.
• Recruit, hire, train, and educate staff in all departments.
• Operate the Community to exceed budgets and census guidelines.
• Perform month-end reports and ensure timely billing and bookkeeping.
• Comply with all state/federal laws and company rules for the Community.
• Have a basic understanding of Fair Housing rules/laws.
