Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is opening Benchmark at East Brunswick, a new 87-unit community expected to open in 2028. We seek an Executive Director of Operations to oversee the budget, occupancy goals, staffing, and exceptional customer service for a senior living community in New Jersey.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, 3-5 years of management or healthcare experience, budgeting expertise, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business preferred.
• 3-5 years of management or healthcare related experience.
• managerial role overseeing multiple disciplines and functions.
• Budgeting and staffing experience; Proficiency with Windows apps like Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Authorize purchases and provide onsite sales support and monthly family meetings.
• Train and develop new employees and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure ethical conduct and focus on improving seniors' quality of life.
• Review bills, analyze revenue projections, and adjust when needed.
• Manage the Sales Director and coordinate with external referral sources.
