MBK Senior Living - The Montera in La Mesa, CA seeks an Executive Director to lead a resident-centered, compliant, and financially sound community. The role oversees operations, budgeting, and staff development to deliver high-quality care and service.

The ED guides clinical and non-clinical teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains MBK standards while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain any required State or Federal administrator licenses or certifications, including completion of required training, examinations, and continuing education hours (CEUs).
• Must meet minimum education units or degree or specific certification/license requirements per state rules.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve occupancy and financial goals while maintaining resident safety and satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day community operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and MBK policies.
• Lead and mentor department directors; drive staff development and performance.
• Drive occupancy strategies, referrals, and market positioning to maintain high occupancy and service quality.
