Morning Star Village in Rockford, IL, seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, wellness programs, and a high-performing clinical team within a 75-bed RCAC and CBRF. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field.
• CBRF Administrator license, or ability to complete required certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations ensuring high resident care.
• Mentor department leaders and foster accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Develop and manage operating budgets; monitor census, occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and strengthen employee and resident engagement.
• Support marketing and community presence to maintain occupancy.
