LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is seeking an Executive Director (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) to lead daily campus operations across assisted living, memory support, rehab and skilled nursing.

The role requires ensuring compliance, managing budgets, promoting lean practices, mentoring staff, and maintaining facilities while advancing the mission and quality of care. Salary $120,000 to $160,000; full-time, strong benefits package.
