Qualifications

• Education: PharmD, PhD, or MD plus at least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in scientific exchange, medical affairs, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and performance expectations for the CSEE organization across US and global regions.
• Lead through managers to build a scalable, high-performing organization with clear accountability.
• Represent CSEE priorities in senior leadership forums and governance discussions.
• Define enterprise vision for scientific exchange excellence and coordinate regional capabilities.
• Ensure compliant field medical standards, training, tools, and guidance documents globally.
• Partner with regional and country medical affairs leaders to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
