Qualifications

• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Minimum 5 years managerial level experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the thought leader liaison and clinical educator teams to enhance relationships with external clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and customer support to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality experiences.
• Utilize feedback, surveys, and analytics to identify trends, pain points, and ROI to inform strategic decisions.
