Job description

The incumbent will be the Executive Director, Revenue Operations, who serves as the principal advisor to the Office of Health, Chief Financial Officer as well as other key officials within the Department of Veterans Affairs on matters pertaining to the oversight of activities associated with revenue cycle operations, member services, including health benefits administration, and purchased care programs.

TQ1: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end claims management operations, including policy development, performance monitoring, and issue resolution, to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and responsive revenue/billing cycle services.
