Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking an experienced revenue cycle executive to serve as Administrative Director of Revenue Cycle Management & Managed Care. This on-site, full-time role leads Hospital Billing, Professional Billing and Ambulatory Services, coordinating Revenue Optimization, Patient Financial Services and Managed Care functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of revenue cycle experience in healthcare with leadership in multiple end-to-end functions.
• Experience leading management teams and coordinating across internal/external stakeholders.
• Executive presence with ability to communicate to CFO, executive team and board.

Responsibilities

• Provide unified strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end revenue cycle functions (HB, PB, Ambulatory).
• Establish enterprise goals, budgets and performance targets; report to CFO and Board.
• Drive net-revenue improvement, cash acceleration, and reduce denials across NRHS locations.
• Oversee payer contracting strategy, denial prevention, and underpayment recovery.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing revenue cycle management team.
