• Lead the integrated research operations and service delivery across clinical, administrative, financial, regulatory, systems, and pharmacy functions.
• Define decision authority, service standards, handoffs, escalation pathways, and resource priorities across functions.
• Own outcomes across the full research lifecycle and remove cross-functional barriers to ensure consistent service.
• Establish coordinated grant and research project intake, governance, and startup/closeout processes.
• Translate strategy into scalable capabilities across the health system with key stakeholders.
