Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in staff leadership and management.
• 8+ years of professional fundraising experience.
• CFRE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts and manage donor relations.
• Develop annual income and expense budgets.
• Oversee regional volunteers and staff.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong awareness of disability etiquette

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
