The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in fundraising and staff leadership, with excellent communication skills. This role offers a salary range of $130,000 to $135,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package including employer-paid health coverage and generous paid time off.

Formación

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in staff leadership and management.
• 8+ years of professional fundraising experience.
• CFRE certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fundraising efforts and manage donor relations.
• Develop annual income and expense budgets.
• Oversee regional volunteers and staff.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
