Job summary

The Ohio State University’s Center for Real Estate seeks an Executive Director to lead the university-wide Real Estate Center within Fisher College of Business. The role is responsible for strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and securing membership support, while expanding engagement among alumni, partners, students, and the wider real estate community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education/experience; 10 years in real estate senior executive capacity; strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Public speaking ability; ability to work with faculty, staff, students, and external organizations.
• Excellent leadership; financial management experience; broad knowledge of current business practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and operations of the Real Estate Center.
• Develop and implement the Center's vision and strategy.
• Raise visibility and prominence of the Center through strategic leadership and engagement.
• Expand engagement among members, corporate partners, students, alumni, and friends of the university; build a national network.
