Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Compliance in Phoenix to lead Infection Prevention/Control, Medical Staff Services, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Quality Improvement. The role requires a registered nurse license, several years of clinical experience, and experience with regulatory standards.

The position emphasizes applying clinical expertise, maintaining high standards of safety and confidentiality, and guiding hospital operations in line with mission and principles.

Qualifications

• Current, valid and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum four years clinical experience preferred.
• Two years in a role with regulatory/hospital licensure/accreditation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for Infection Prevention/Control, Medical Staff Services, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Quality Management/Improvement.
• Use clinical expertise and discretion to help manage and supervise hospital operations in these areas.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
