The role oversees financial operations, personnel, governance, compliance, and retirement services delivery. The successful candidate will bring executive management, finance, pension administration, or related field experience, with a track record in working with governing boards and fiduciary responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Significant progressively responsible executive leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, personnel, and organizational operations.
• Experience working with governing boards or elected/appointed governing bodies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day administration of the Police Retirement System of St. Louis.
• Oversee financial operations, personnel, governance, compliance, and organizational administration.
• Advise the Board of Trustees as primary advisor and ensure efficient delivery of retirement services.
