The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and day-to-day administration of the Police Retirement System while serving as the primary advisor to the Board of Trustees. The position oversees financial operations, personnel, governance, compliance, and organizational administration to ensure efficient and effective delivery of retirement services. The Police Retirement System seeks an experienced executive who combines outstanding leadership ability with exceptional financial and operational expertise. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in executive management, finance, business administration, pension administration, or a closely related field. Experience working with governing boards, fiduciary responsibilities, public organizations, or pension systems is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications Include

  • Experience administering a public pension system or retirement organization.
  • Experience overseeing investments or fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of public sector finance, municipal organizations, or retirement system administration.
  • Legal or governmental experience is considered beneficial but is not required.
