Job summary

Franklin Biolabs seeks an Executive Director, Project Management to lead the PM team, manage critical-path activities from contract to deliverables, and ensure invoicing and revenue targets are met. The role acts as a primary interface with customers and cross-functional leaders, optimizing schedules and driving operational excellence.

Hybrid on-site role at Discovery Labs location, with travel up to 5% and interaction with executives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences or related field required.
• 8 years of direct experience in project management, operations, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GxP, USP, USDA, OLAW, AAALAC).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PM team and ensure all projects are well supported and deliverables are met, with timely invoicing.
• Coordinate cross-business unit schedule utilization to maximize monthly revenue and meet targets.
• Develop quotations for services in coordination with Business Unit leaders for Customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with high-value Customers to ensure repeat business.
• Serve on the executive leadership team overseeing operational activities and driving strategic goals.
