Job summary

Recurrent Energy seeks a Managing Director of Project Finance to lead the Project Finance department and raise tax equity, project debt, and corporate facilities for solar and storage projects in the U.S. You will partner with Finance leadership and bind cross-functional teams to execute large-scale financings.

Responsibilities include structuring deals, managing investor relations, and guiding the M&A pipeline. Strong leadership and decades of energy finance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
• 18+ years of energy-related transactional finance experience.
• Strong focus on project finance, structured finance, and tax equity.
• Established relationships within energy/infrastructure financing.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising campaign to raise $2–3B of tax equity and debt.
• Oversee Project Finance and M&A transactions in North America.
