Chase Auto Finance is seeking an Executive Director to lead Finance Business Management for the Private Label Captive Finance portfolio. This role directs a team of finance professionals and owns management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability insights across revenue, funding, credit losses, operating expenses, and residual performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance/business management, including forecasting, reporting, and strategic analytics.
• Proven experience in strategy development, portfolio analytics, and risk management.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams and delivering across complex timelines.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to communicate concisely with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to produce senior management and client-facing presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency with finance tools/systems and data manipulation/visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals (associates and vice presidents).
• Own the PLCF management reporting (monthly/quarterly) and executive presentations.
• Oversee forecasting, planning, and budgeting (annual operating plan, rolling forecasts).
• Own/partner on portfolio and program-level P&L performance and driver insights.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize portfolio performance and risk-adjusted profitability.
• Drive advanced analytics and modeling for forecast/budget submissions and management reporting.
• Partner on credit and loss analytics with Risk/Underwriting and incorporate into forecasts.
• Collaborate on lease/residual economics analytics with Head of Residual Value Risk.
• Ensure data integrity and controls across inputs/outputs and reporting processes.
• Maintain and evolve performance metrics and KPIs across the portfolio.
