Qualifications

• Experience in retirement-living, assisted-living, or hospitality industries is required.
• Certification requirements to be met as per state agency guidelines.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour leadership for community operations.
• Manage hospitality and service delivery goals.
• Oversee the sales and marketing department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement efficient care systems.
