Job summary

Pier 360, a peer-led nonprofit in Southwest Washington, seeks an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership, advance strategic priorities, and steward the mission of recovery and peer support.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will oversee operations, finance, fundraising, governance, and community partnerships, guiding equity initiatives and organizational growth across programs and facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit or health services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and executive leadership experience.
• Experience supervising and developing multidisciplinary leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to advance Pier 360's mission and priorities.
• Oversee operations, talent development, and performance in a recovery-focused culture.
• Lead fundraising, grant development, and diversified revenue strategies.
• Ensure contracts, compliance, risk management, and reporting.
• Champion behavioral health, recovery, and peer support in Southwest Washington.
