Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes.
• Extensive knowledge of Surface Mount Technology, paste printing, cleaning processes, and reflow operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Process Engineering professionals.
• Oversee Process Engineering activities supporting PCBA manufacturing operations.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and process development initiatives.
