Job summary

Your Health Organization in Georgia is seeking an Executive Director of Palliative Services to lead our hospice and palliative programs with a compassionate, strategic vision. The role requires RN licensure in GA, strong management, and a commitment to patient- and family-centered care.

The Executive Director will oversee operations, quality and compliance, financial performance, and staff development, while building partnerships with community providers and regulators to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with GA license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in nursing strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership in hospice/palliative care, with 3+ years in senior role.
• Experience in strategic planning, program development and quality improvement.
• Strong understanding of federal and state hospice regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for palliative and hospice services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for palliative programs.
• Lead quality improvement and regulatory readiness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a skilled team.
• Engage with community partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure patient- and family-centered care across services.
