Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, high-level scientific and operational leadership for the PDMB Outsourcing organization.
• Manage vendor strategy, external capability development, and budget/forecast guidance.
• Ensure flexibility and redundancy in the external network to mitigate risk.
• Drive innovation in external capabilities and internal sourcing/data processes.
