Bonaventure Senior Living's Oswego Place in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking an engaged Executive Director to guide a luxury senior living community. You will lead a dedicated team, champion outstanding resident experiences, and drive operational excellence.

The role focuses on growth, compliance, and a supportive workplace culture, with opportunities to influence quality of care and community reputation through strategic leadership and hands-on mentorship.

Qualifications

• Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Experience as an Administrator for Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
