Job summary

Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Executive Director, Operations Strategy & Portfolio Management to lead strategic planning, portfolio governance, and operational transformation across Pharmaceutical Operations & Technologies.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into prioritized programs and investments, ensuring measurable value delivery and executive visibility. The role commands 15+ years of experience in pharma/tech, with strong PMO and financial analytics

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, technology, operations, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across multiple functional areas.
• Proven ability to influence, prioritize, and manage enterprise-level programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and functional strategy into an integrated portfolio of high-impact initiatives.
• Lead strategic planning, governance, and execution across PO&T.
• Provide executive-level recommendations on priorities, investments, and risks.
• Build and lead a high-performing portfolio and strategy team for PO&T.
