Job summary

United Talent Agency in Los Angeles is seeking an Executive Director of Workplace Services to lead facilities operations for our campus and satellite offices. This full-time role oversees teams, vendor relationships, and critical infrastructure, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable services across all sites.

You will partner with Real Estate, IT, and HR to drive safety, space optimization, and exceptional service delivery for a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of facilities operations, property management, or corporate real estate.
• 5 years of experience building and managing teams.
• Proven multi-site facility operations and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and occupational safety standards.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in facilities management software and service desk implementation and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
