Job summary

Tribal Health is seeking a Senior Director of Operations in Scottsdale, AZ to oversee Operations, Account Management, and IT. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution, drive revenue and margins, and ensure high-quality service delivery across departments.

The role requires senior leadership experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on operational improvements, client satisfaction, and growth. This is a full-time position reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operations leadership across multiple departments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational plans with KPIs.
• Experience in account management and client retention.
• Familiarity with healthcare staffing and practice management operations.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans with clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Lead the Account Management team and drive client retention and renewals.
• Oversee IT priorities, system performance, and vendor relationships to support growth.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for visibility into results and decisions.
• Manage housing, travel, and staffing for healthcare professionals, ensuring cost efficiency.
