Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and business/financial leadership experience within behavioral health.
• Experience managing budgets, grants, and public funding sources such as state block grants and service contracts.
• Multi-site operational leadership experience.
• Experience with CARF accreditation and behavioral health regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with behavioral health EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across a five-location system of care.
• Drive financial stewardship and revenue growth.
• Oversee grant and contract management.
• Lead recruitment and retention of clinical staff.
