The role requires 3-5 years of senior management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, and schedule flexibility to accommodate admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years senior management experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insured transportation.
• Scheduling flexibility to accommodate varied admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality care and efficient performance.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable department leaders and staff.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and therapeutic environment.
• Manage facility budget, expenses, and financial performance.
• Review financial reports and variance analysis.
• Ensure resource allocation and cost control.
• Oversee hiring, staffing levels, and workforce planning.
• Monitor labor hours, overtime, and staffing ratios.
• Ensure timely performance reviews, training, and corrective actions.
• Monitor care delivery, documentation and EMR compliance.
• Review client satisfaction data and drive performance improvement.
• Ensure adherence to admission, discharge, and treatment protocols.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee infection control, medication management, and incident reporting.
• Maintain readiness for audits and inspections.
• Oversee safety, security, and facility operations (equipment, utilities, vendors).
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement needs.
• Ensure proper functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
